Rule 15 of The Wyvern Club rules state that 'Annual subscriptions shall be paid by all members on the 1st January in every year without demand. The General Committee may terminate the membership of any Full or Country member whose annual subscription remains unpaid by the determined closing date, which will normally be the 31st January.
This rule is to be strictly imposed therefore members are reminded that they should pay the annual subscription by 31 January. Any member having not paid by that date, and wishing to continue to use the facilities, will have to reapply for membership including paying the joining fee. If a member believes there are any extenuating circumstances which preclude them from this decision they must write to the Secretary explaining those circumstances to enable the committee to make a decision whether their payment of subscriptions may be delayed.
